ESV. EMMANUEL OLORUNTAYO - PRINCIPAL PARTNER/CEO
ESV Emmanuel Oloruntayo is a distinguished professional from Takete Isao, Yagba East Local Government, Kogi State where He attended Primary and Secondary Schools. He holds Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Estate Management and Valuation from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. Over the past of 20 years, he has attended numerous Real Estate Conferences and Seminars.
He completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Headquarters, Abuja in 2007/2008. He then joined an Estate Surveying and Valuation firm, rising through the ranks as Estate Surveyor II to become Branch Manager and Partner at various stages of his career. In 2016, He founded Tayo Emmanuel and Company, a registered Estate Surveying and Valuation firm with its Headquarters in Abuja, FCT.
Emmanuel Oloruntayo is a licensed Estate Surveyor and Valuer with vast practising experience in Estate Agency, Property Management, Valuation and Real Estate Development / Investment Appraisal. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Fellow of the Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development. He is happily married to Deaconess Funmilayo Adeola Emmanuel and the union is blessed with children.
MRS. ADEBOLA FUNMILAYO CATHERINE - MANAGING PARTNER
She holds Higher National Diploma in Estate Management with over 10 years cognate experience in both public and private sector covering land and housing, facility and project management.
CONSULTANTS
We maintain and regularly draw back up specialist advice from a pool of seasoned and experienced professional, well versed in different areas ranging from Quantity surveying, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Construction and Architecture. Depending however on the nature of the particular assignment, other resource persons could also be consulted.
OUR TRACK RECORD
We have successfully handled numerous real estate transactions (sales and letting), managing many properties including residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural for individuals and corporate organization. Our valuation experience covers land and buildings, plant and machineries, equipment and furniture, tangible and intangible asset.

Our professional fees are in accordance with the Scale of Professional Charges for Professional Estate Surveying and Valuation Services as approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria
