Our management team is made up of experienced, dynamic and highly versatile professionals with sound educational background and exposure. Details are as follows:
ESV. EMMANUEL OLORUNTAYO - PRINCIPAL PARTNER/CEO
He is a seasoned Estate Surveyor & Valuer with about two decades experience in Real Estate Practice in Nigeria. He holds Bachelor and Masters Degree in Estate Management & Valuation from the Federal University of Technology Minna. He served between 2007/2008 at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Headquarters, Abuja for the mandatory 1year service to fatherland after been posted by NYSC for his primary assignment. He was deployed to Estate Services Section of the General Administration Services of the NNPC where he was acknowledged as industrious personality, full of integrity. Thereafter he has worked in reputable Estate firms where he rose through the ranks of Estate Surveyor II & I, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Partner before founding Tayo Emmanuel and Company in the year 2016. ESV Emmanuel Oloruntayo is a Registered Estate Surveyor & Valuer, licensed by Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria to practice in Nigeria, He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Certified Management Consultant. He is a Fellow of the Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development and Certified Productivity Consultant.
MRS. ADEBOLA FUNMILAYO CATHERINE - MANAGING PARTNER
She holds Higher National Diploma in Estate Management with over 10 years cognate experience in both public and private sector covering land and housing, facility and project management.
CONSULTANTS
We maintain and regularly draw back up specialist advice from a pool of seasoned and experienced professional, well versed in different areas ranging from Quantity surveying, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Construction and Architecture. Depending however on the nature of the particular assignment, other resource persons could also be consulted.
OUR TRACK RECORD
We have successfully handled numerous real estate transactions (sales and letting), managing many properties including residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural for individuals and corporate organization. Our valuation experience covers land and buildings, plant and machineries, equipment and furniture, tangible and intangible asset.

Our professional fees are in accordance with the Scale of Professional Charges for Professional Estate Surveying and Valuation Services as approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria
